This menu is the entry point for all fundamental settings in the Nor145.
All settings related to input transducers are located in this menu. To assign a room type (source, receiving) to a channel is an additional feature.
Toggle the measurement type by clicking the menu item. The selection is Level, Background noise or Reverberation Time.
Settings related to Level measurements are located in this menu, such as duration, frequency range and source position selection.
Settings related to Reverberation time measurements are located in this menu, such as type, duration, frequency range and primary RT.
Settings related for the Rating are located in this menu, such as standard, room volume, test specimen and corrections.
The audio signal can be recorded (to a wav-file) during the reveberation measurements. Different signal quality selections are available. The recording length will follow the measurement length. You can select which channel to record. The recordings can be listened to from the project browser, expand the wanted measurement and open the context menu.
Settings related to the Signal Generator are located in this menu, such as signal type, level and activation.
Storage settings are available from this menu, such as storage folder. Storing a measurement setup is also done from this menu.
Instrument settings for external communication, language and power.
The different instrument modes and predefined applications are accessed from this menu.
To start a new project push the New soft button to close the current measurement project and start a new one. You may be asked to save the current data.
If you want to reuse some or all of the current data click Yes when prompted.
Tap a menu item to enter the menu. Use the soft-keys to accept or cancel the settings.
