Give your network a describing name.
The one letter name will be used for the network name in the views and below the fourth coloumn of
the network in the Lf view.
A lower and upper limit can be set select the filter range included in the network.
The Frequency Weightings for your calculated network must be defined, you can type
in all values or you can load the values from an xml file. An example of this file will be created by
the instrument when required. Edit this file with correct values and reload it.
