How to connect instrument / get measurement to NorConnect

  1. If you are using LAN with cables, connect LAN cable from instrument and your LAN network. The LAN maybe a internal LAN network at the office or just a router (you might have at home) with DHCP. This is the easiest way. But some companies has a policy to not allow other devices connected to their LAN.
  2. WiFi:
    1. Setup the WiFi at instrument to access your WLAN by using same SSID and password. The policy in some companies may denys this (same as point 1)
    2. Setup the WiFi at instrument as a Access Point and connect your pc to this SSID
  3. Using USB cable betwen the PC and instrument. Follow this link for instruction: How to setup USB for instrument and PC
  4. Remove the SD Card from instrument and insert this into PC. The drive will be detected and popup under My Devices.
