Selecting frequency ranges.
Filter frequency range

This setting affects the fundamental filter configuration. We recommend that the filter settings are always set to 20 Hz to 20 kHz for intensity measurements. Thus, data for all frequency bands are always stored, even if the frequency range is broader than what you are interested in.

Weighted sum freq. range

This settings affects the weighted sum levels. The A, C and Z network levels are calculated based on the filter levels, and changing the weighted sum frequency range will alter only these levels. This setting may be changed also after a measurement, and the levels will then be recalculated immediately to show the new result.

Excluded bands

Frequency bands inside the weighted sum frequency range may always be excluded if necessary. This is also a possible to do as a post-process, available at all times.
