Several lengths of traditional extension cables are available. Connect the cable between the analyser and the preamplifier
when you need it. Please note that using very long extension cables may influence both the ability to measure high levels
(above 120 dB) and high frequencies (above 10 kHz).
When using IEPE (ICP) transducers the performance is not influenced in the same way, and long lengths of less expensive coaxial (BNC)
cables can be used if polarization voltage and microphone heating is unnecessary. In this case you may need an adapter or cable that
provides the Lemo to BNC connection (e.g. Nor1438).
